Technology in ZenBench laboratory benches

ZenBench Laboratory benches are soundproofed with special acoustic insulation for high absorption of noise generated by motors, compressors, and vacuum pumps. Additionally, they feature a protective outer surface that ensures easy cleaning and long-lasting durability.

ZenBench laboratory benches can house soundproof compartments for 1 or 2 vacuum pumps. The soundproof compartments include an anti-vibration tray with silent blocks to absorb vibrations caused by the vacuum pumps. These trays are removable to facilitate the installation or replacement of the vacuum pumps.

• The fans start operating when the internal temperature exceeds 20°C and reach maximum speed at 35°C.
• Progressive temperature alarm system: optical warning with three intensity levels programmed at 56 °C, 61 °C, and 70 °C.
• The system includes a battery so the alarm works even if the power goes out.

The soundproof compartments of ZenBench benches incorporate silent, high-performance fans with a durability of up to 150,000 hours. Each fan provides an airflow of 187 m³/h, renewing the internal air every 2 seconds. Furthermore, their design allows for quick and easy extraction, facilitating maintenance and replacement.

ZenBench laboratory benches are equipped with height-adjustable wheels and fixing feet, which facilitates their installation, mobility, and stability. This design allows for maximum utilization of the work surface without leaving unnecessary spaces and easy movement of the bench for maintenance tasks or relocation within the laboratory.

ZenBench laboratory benches feature a highly durable compact HPL board, resistant to impacts, scratches, and bending. Its surface withstands intensive laboratory use and offers maximum resistance to chemical-resistant, solvents, acids, and bases, ensuring easy cleaning and optimal hygiene at all times.
