Description

The ZenBench ZBENCH IMPACT II laboratory bench is designed specifically for the Bruker IMPACT II mass spectrometer, offering stability, soundproofing, and safety. Its high-strength aluminium frame supports up to 500 kg and includes a soundproof compartment that reduces noise by up to 20 dBA, with an anti-vibration system and automatic ventilation with an audible and LED alarm. The chemical-resistant worktop and adjustable castors with fixing feet ensure durability and precision. It is the ideal solution for analytical environments that require silence, reliability, and continuous performance.

Soundproofing compartment

A lockable door for easy access to the vacuum pump and to perform oil changes.
Compartment with 50 mm multi-layer acoustic insulation designed to soundproof motors, compressors, and vacuum pumps. Reduces perceived noise by more than 85%.
Anti-vibration system: a stainless-steel tray with silentblocks to absorb vibrations produced by the vacuum pump.

Ventilation and feedthrough system

4 ultra-quiet fans with long service life (150,000 hours) and easy to replace.
3 bulkhead fittings for routing vacuum hoses from the vacuum pumps and 2 for routing cables.
12V-5A power supply to connect to the 230V/50Hz mains.
