Product Warranty
ZenBench Warranty: certified safety and reliability
At ZenBench, we offer a warranty that reflects the quality of our processes and materials. All our laboratory benches come with a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.
The warranty covers:
- Structure and structural aluminum components.
- Chemical-resistant Fundermax worktop.
- Automatic ventilation systems and electrical components.
- Soundproofing elements and anti-vibration silent blocks.
Exclusions:
- Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized handling, or natural wear.
- For proper operation of the bench ventilation system, the laboratory temperature must be between 20°C and 24°C. If the laboratory temperature is higher, ZenBench is not responsible for damage caused by poor ventilation or possible overheating of the equipment to be soundproofed.
